MANAGING PARTNER
TED FIKE

Resurrect the Fallen Angels: Take private fundamentally sound companies that are misunderstood by the public markets, many of which are De-SPACs in out-of-favor sectors of technology (consumer tech, prop tech, fintech, etc.)
Rehoming the VC Orphans / Zombies: Buyout and possible rollup of subscale VC-backed startups that are long-in-the-tooth with tired cap tables and founders.
